March Madness and Productivity

The bogus March Madness productivity stories are circulating again. Of course, I have discussed this before (here and here).

  1. Companies: focus on the WORK your employees are producing, not how many scores they’re checking up on or how many games they’re watching on streaming video.

    Employees: focus on getting your work done, and if you do, have fun with your pools and check as many scores as you want!
