An increasing number of readers have been demanding encouraging me to set up a Twitter account. I’m not sure if this means that they want to hear more from me (thinking I will tweet more than I post) or they want me to be more concise (limit my characters). In any event, you can now follow me on Twitter @RebelEconProf.

Monetary Policy and Politics

I wrote a piece for NRO that is up this morning describing why potential Republican presidential candidates should push for a monetary policy rule for the Federal Reserve.

Site Update

Apologies to my loyal readers. I was without internet access for the last two weeks as I completed my move to Mississippi. • Charles Plosser on Bloomberg on the Economy with Tom Keene (the link is to an .mp3 file)
  • Scott Sumner on EconTalk discussing monetary policy.
  • Charles Calomiris on EconTalk discussing the financial crisis.
